Corporate and Congregational Services
We receive many referrals from local churches and businesses. A pastor may recommend a church member who desires confidentiality and help in dealing with a problem. Some clients are referred through their place of employment or by their insurance company. In fact, many businesses make counseling available to employees who request it. We also receive direct calls from people who have heard from friends and family about the quality services provided by Samaritan. Our clients include individual men, women, couples, teenagers, children and families.
Corporate and Congregational Services are expanding and include tailored programs specifically produced for each organization.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
- Provides counseling services at a reduced rate for employees of businesses who participate in a contractual agreement with Samaritan.
CONGREGATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CAP)
- Provides counseling services at a reduced rate for members of a congregation who participate in a contractual agreement with Samaritan.
BENEFITS ARE SIMILAR FOR BOTH PLANS
- EAP/CAP is often more cost effective than utilizing existing health plans.
- Employer/Clergy feel that they are in a partnership with Samaritan and the well being of their employees/members especially during these tough economic times.
- Employee/member feels confident that church/employer is committed to individual assistance.
- Employer/church stresses strong mental health emphasis to build strong individuals and families fulfilling an accepted Christian mandate to minister to others by the glory of God.
- Each contract is tailored to the individual congregation or organization's needs and size
